乾燥させ石臼で挽いたお茶です。
茶殻は一切出ず、最高級の茶葉をまるごと
摂取できます。
椿堂の抹茶はすべて宇治（京都府産）の
茶葉を使用しています。
濃茶にも使用していただけます。

Matcha is made from tea leaves grown under shade from sunlight,
dried without rubbing and ground with a stone mill.
You can consume the whole tea leaves of the highest quality , because it’s no tea husk.

All of our matcha is made from Uji (Kyoto Prefecture) tea leaves.
It can be used for both Usucha and Koicha(thin and thick tea).
